He cries as if to say, "Please, please save me." "PLEASE!"
She says, "Oh Baby Boy, Big Sister is here to take care of you." (And she really is sincere. And she really is trying to help.)
He continues to cry pitifully.
I can't decide which side of the story is more appealing.
